SEPARATION AGREEMENT (PublicLegal-authored, minor children). Delaware publishes no court form — the court expressly says a separation agreement "is NOT a Court form." This authored agreement covers custody and parenting under the best-interests standard (§ 722), Melson Formula child support, property and debt division (§ 1513), and alimony (§ 1512).
Bundled official companions: the Form 443 Stipulation to Incorporate (notarized), the Custody Separate Statement, and the official Form 509/509i Melson Formula child-support calculation. Child terms always remain modifiable by the court.
Signing does not divorce you: the Family Court enters the Decree of Divorce itself (§ 1517(a)). Both spouses sign before a notary.

Yes — and notarization is required. Both spouses sign the PublicLegal-authored Separation Agreement before a notary (Delaware expressly says a separation agreement "is NOT a Court form"), and both sign the official Form 443 Stipulation to Incorporate — also notarized — so the court can enforce the agreement as an order (§ 1519). Check the "Incorporate our Separation Agreement" box on the Petition (Form 442 §IV). Signing the agreement does not divorce you — the court enters the decree (§ 1517(a)).
