MARITAL SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT — NO CHILDREN (PublicLegal-authored). West Virginia publishes no official statewide settlement form, so this is a PublicLegal-authored agreement under W. Va. Code §§ 48-6-101/201 and Family Court Rule 55.
