The name may not contain the words "association", "corporation" or "incorporated" or an abbreviation. If the name contains the words "bank", "deposit", "credit union", "trust", "trust company" or words of similar import, the organizer must obtain prior written approval from the Arizona Department of Financial Institutions before registration is allowed.
