MARITAL SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT — WITH CHILDREN (PublicLegal-authored). Nebraska publishes no official statewide settlement form, so this is a PublicLegal-authored agreement (§ 42-366) that incorporates the official Parenting Plan (DC 6:5.37/38/39) and the Nebraska child-support calculation instead of rewriting them.
Custody and support stay court-reviewable (§ 42-366(2)); support terminates at age 19, marriage, emancipation, or death. Both parents take the basic co-parenting course (§ 43-2928).
Sworn and notarized for the no-hearing path (§ 42-361(3)(b)). Signing does not divorce you — the judge must still sign the Decree With Children (DC 6:5.3), sold separately.
