Yes. Both spouses must sign the written 750 ILCS 5/502 agreement. Illinois does not require that writing itself to be notarized. The official Certification Agreement (ATJ 150.2 or ATJ 122.3) is the notarized assent to the official Judgment and, where used, the Parenting Plan and Order for Support.
