Oregon publishes no official settlement-agreement form; both spouses sign a written marital settlement agreement, which Oregon law favors and enforces when it is incorporated into the General Judgment (ORS 107.104). Property terms are then final; a spousal-support term stays modifiable unless the judgment expressly precludes modification (ORS 107.135).
